Hey all, I have a Macbook Air Silicon, and the user does not know his password. I have gotten to the password reset options (by keeping the power button depressed while turning it on). I have successfully entered user's icloud credentials. When icloud sends the 6-digit code to his cell phone and I enter that code into the Macbook Air I get the following message: "Your Mac is not activation locked. Select an admin user you know the password for to proceed." I cannot find any post related to this specific message. Typing the phrase into apple support yields nothing. At this point the only thing I can think to do is erase the disk and reinstall. Can anybody tell me what the above message means, and why it would tell me to enter a password I know at the end of a process that starts with me telling it I don't know any passwords?
