<div dir="ltr"><br clear="all"><div><div>Hey all,</div><div><br></div><div>I have a Macbook Air Silicon, and
the user does not know his password. I have gotten to the password
reset options (by keeping the power button depressed while turning it
on). I have successfully entered user's icloud credentials. When icloud
sends the 6-digit code to his cell phone and I enter that code into the
Macbook Air I get the following message: </div><div><br></div><div>"Your Mac is not activation locked. Select an admin user you know the password for to proceed."</div><div><br></div><div>I cannot find any post related to this specific message. Typing the phrase into apple support yields nothing.<br></div><div><br></div><div>At this point the only thing I can think to do is erase the disk and reinstall.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Can
anybody tell me what the above message means, and why it would tell me
to enter a password I know at the end of a process that starts with me
telling it I don't know any passwords?<font color="#888888"><br></font></div><font color="#888888"><div><br><br></div></font></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr">Ted Trobaugh<br>Dolce Music and Audio<br><a href="http://www.dolcemusic.com" target="_blank">www.dolcemusic.com</a><br>413-345-5114</div></div></div></div></div>
