[Hidden-tech] Alternative to SiteGround?

Good point, Sam.

I haven't used Digital Ocean (except during a weekend Hackathon) but I 
have used Linode.  They do give me access to do a manual restart through 
their interface, AND they let me do a rebuild from a backup.  So neither 
of those actions are support-dependent.

But if I want anything fancier, then yes I do need to get them on chat.
