Unfortunately the passport ultras had hardware encryption, so the internal hard drive cannot be removed from the encolosure to plug into another computer for recovery. It is likely that this needs to go out to a clean room recovery specialist like Drivesavers or Gillware. We have generally found gillware to be better pricing and equal service.
