Subject: [Hidden-tech] External Hard Drive Repair/File Salvage Help

Hi,
My dog got into my home office and chewed on my "My Passport Ultra" external hard disc drive. The power outlet on the external hard drive is intact as is the proprietary power/data cable to HDMI. However, when I plugged it in, my PC can't recognize the drive.
Does anyone have suggestions about who I should get in touch with to see if the files can be downloaded onto another external hard drive.
