Hi folks, It seems there is need for lawyers lately... This time, seeking a recommendation for a lawyer who can represent a disabled low income tenant in removing/settling an old judgment from 4 1/2 years ago in Franklin County, brought about by a very unethical landlord who had a high-priced lawyer. It was a retaliatory eviction case. The judgment is in the way of future housing prospects, (property rental AND purchase, apparently) so sadly, it must be addressed. It's unbelievable, but apparently these housing court records stay active and public for TWENTY YEARS here in MA. (Aren't bankruptcies only on your credit report for SEVEN years?) If someone knows a disability lawyer who is well-versed in housing law and who is ACTUALLY AVAILABLE to take on this work, that would be a good candidate. And again, another one that needs attention asap. Thanks in advance, Deb Chandler -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
