Hi Amy, 1. Did you run the "check your computer" to see if your device supports windows 11? 2. If it doesn't you may need More RAM, Bigger hard drive, Faster CPU 3. You would then have 3 choices A. Buy a new computer B. Upgrade your RAM, hard drive or CPU C. Just keep using windows 10 and there will no longer be support for your O.S. if you call M.S. Depending on your degree of risk and future for that computer you might be fine with option C. for a time. Can you post your computer specs? RAM? HARD DRIVE CPU MAKE & MODEL We can look those specs up to see if Windows 11 will work. It will tell you if your systems can be upgraded to Win11 and if not, why not. If not, you can extend security updates for Win10 for an extra year for $35, or possibly for free under certain circumstances. Microsoft has not yet fully revealed the details, but has to do so before October. There are also 3rd party outfits that will sell you extended security for Win10, but I would personally not trust that solution.
