Note that the biggest and most likely issue with upgrading would be a lack of a TPM 2 chip, *Some* older machines actually have a TPM 2 chip, but it is disabled in the BIOS. But if there is no TPM 2 chip, then MS-Windows 11 is not going to install (unless the installer is mucked with).
