Download WhyNotWin11 from https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/whynotwin11.html and run it. It will tell you if your systems can be upgraded to Win11 and if not, why not. If not, you can extend security updates for Win10 for an extra year for $35, or possibly for free under certain circumstances. Microsoft has not yet fully revealed the details, but has to do so before October. There are also 3rd party outfits that will sell you extended security for Win10, but I would personally not trust that solution.
