[Hidden-tech] Giving Away Old Macbook Pro Model A1286 (2010)

Hi,
I'm looking to onload this. I erased the hard disk with the intent of
re-installing High Sierra, but for some reason, I got a message that the
computer can't connect to the server. I don't have the High Sierra OS CD's.
If anyone wants this computer let me know. Seems to work fine with the
power supply but I think the battery is probably dead.
