No Pic,
I was told I am not allowed to send pics.

Go to Settings > Network and Internet > WiFi > Change Adapter Options > See if "Internet Protocol Version 6...." is checked off.
Uncheck, reboot, test to see if it works.
Also run
Ipconfig /all at the command line and send me the results please.

Thanks,
don

1.  fe80::842:6097:492e:3186%18(Preferred)
    Autoconfiguration IPv4 Address. . : 169.254.186.185(Preferred)
*** Is a private IP address that a device automatically assigns to itself when it can't get a valid IP address from a DHCP server ***
*** this basically means that your computer is NOT receiving a valid IP address from the DHCP server at Cushmans.
*** the windows system provides you with a temporary IP address that allows you to move around locally, but not go out to the internet.

2.     IPv6 Address. . . . . . . . . . . :
2603:3005:100:3b00::18de(Preferred)
    IPv6 Address. . . . . . . . . . . :
2603:3005:100:3b00:ae45:7a46:51d2:4ec6(Preferred)
    Temporary IPv6 Address. . . . . . :
2603:3005:100:3b00:4987:e03b:5d70:d364(Preferred)
    Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . :
*** all of these are IP6 addresses.
*** it appears that you might be trying to use IP 4 and not getting the needed addressing to use IP 4,
*** however, the DHCP server there at Cushmans is providing you with the needed IP 6 addressing, but you computer is not using IP 6 ?

3. do you know if you WiFi card is configured to use or not use IP 6?
*** see in this pic, I am not using IP 6
*** check to see if IP 6 box is checked off on your computer while at Cushmans.
*** if the box is checked off, uncheck and save, reboot and see what happens.

Good luck,
don

I had three things to do at Cushman today. One was to identify my IP address so I could ask whether it was blocked. Well, I got five of them. Which one should I provide in inquiries to hosts?

    IPv6 Address. . . . . . . . . . . :
2603:3005:100:3b00::18de(Preferred)
    IPv6 Address. . . . . . . . . . . :
2603:3005:100:3b00:ae45:7a46:51d2:4ec6(Preferred)
    Temporary IPv6 Address. . . . . . :
2603:3005:100:3b00:4987:e03b:5d70:d364(Preferred)
    Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . :

I tried using my VPN to bypass the restriction, but unfortunately, I can't use it from there. Of course, a useless message like "unable to connect."

And I did something silly trying to do DNS lookups on some of the sites, so I don't have an update on that. I'll try again next week.
