I'll add to this that The Consortium is a nonprofit with organizations that fall under their 501c3 status such as Wildflower Alliance, and Northampton Recovery Center. I have served as a human resources consultant for them and I was very pleased with the relationship that I had with them, to include the (now retired) Executive Director.
