The Franklin Regional Council of Governments is working with eight 
communities on a Regional Digital Equity Plan to ensure that all 
residents have fair and equal access to digital technologies–including 
access to the internet and computers–as well as the skills and knowledge 
to effectively use them. The wi communities are Charlemont, Colrain, 
Leyden, New Salem, Northfield, Orange, Warwick, and Wendell. The 
meetings are hybrid and open to all residents of the towns listed above.

Community Meeting 2: Thursday, February 8th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the 
Cheney Street Offices, 62 Cheney St., Orange, MA. If you are planning on
