Robert Heller <heller at deepsoft.com> In Wendell the only options were "over the air", Satelite TV, or DVDs from the library (eg no "cord" to cut...). *I* never bothered with Satelite TV (Dish or Direct TV), since it would not have been a viable option -- I am too deep in the woods). I now have Wendell Net (gigabit fiber). I have Amazon Prime and a Roku TV (ONN). Amazon Prime is like $15/month. I *occasionally* "rent" movies and TV via Vudo). There is plenty of stuff on Freevee, Roku, Tubi, Pluto, etc. (yes, with ads). Many segments from MSNBC and CNN are available via YouTube as well, along with other "interesting" stuff: SciShow, etc.. *I* have no interest in local TV or sports, so no loss for me, but there appears to be some live sports on Amazon Prime (I scroll past it looking for other stuff). Sooner or later stuff on Netflix or Paramount (Wenesday, Star Trek) eventually end up on DVDs that I can borrow from the library (free). Ditto for movies (eg Dune). Just requires some patience. :-) At Sun, 18 Aug 2024 10:27:59 -0400 Andrew Bellak <andrew at stakeholderscapital.com> wrote: > > Has anyone switched from Comcast to GoNetSpeed and had any problems / > regrets? > > If not, what âÂÂTVâ service did you select and why? > > And what does it cost? > > Thanks, > Andrew > > -- > > > Andrew Bellak > > Partner | Wealth Advisor > > Perigon Wealth Management > > O: 413.306.3244 x.1 > > F: 888.735.4537 > > E: andrew at stakeholderscapital.com > > New York | Amherst MA | San Francisco | Santa Monica > > > Secure File Upload > <https://perigonwealth.app.box.com/f/56e21c79375c4d6a91e68420bb64ad2c> > -- Robert Heller -- Cell: 413-658-7953 GV: 978-633-5364 Deepwoods Software -- Custom Software Services http://www.deepsoft.com/ -- Linux Administration Services heller at deepsoft.com -- Webhosting Services
