I know that it is copy editing, and I was just curious if there was a highly common buzzword for my communications purposes and for absorbing it into my personal and professional lexicon. I also understand that talking about benefits is essential. My experience goes all the way back to SPIN selling in the 80's, so I totally get it on selling benefits (as just one piece of a sales approach).
