I moved to South Amherst recently.
Verizon knew that there is bad service here and gave me a device to attach
to my cable modem.
That works great, but I'm not happy basically subsidizing Verizon by
providing my own internet for their device.
And of course, I'm not happy with poor service more than 100 feet from my
home.
I'd love to know who to formally contact to put pressure on Verizon to
extend service in my area.
