RE: Verizon Had great cell service with Verizon last eight years. Now terrible. Talked me into upgrading phone before I was ready. Have spent significant time with customer service all with different advice. And of course, a useless signal booster. Sprint was great for several years, before it wasn't (and I switched to Verizon). I have a complaint against Verizon filed with AG and local consumer protection office. Will be filing complaint with the Department of Telecommunications and Cable. Would be very happy to have folks do same.
