[Hidden-tech] Anyone with experience recovering an account from Dream host ??

I'm trying to help a website client whose tech has passed away within 
the last month

Her website is hosted at Dreamhost - domain appears to registered via 
that account also.

All I get is dumb chatbots and dead forums -- anyone with any meaningful 
results ??
