My immediate reaction is why not sure their web site
It looks like you would have formal access to that - (congrats BTW)
looks like it's a wordpress site and there are many galley options do 
allow displaying to it.

You might look into better ways to get the image/videos there than 
individual drag to media - there are a  number.
One would be a windows/mac SSH based cp/rsync
Than use a wp plugin that pulls from a directory instead of media

You could also use a cloud hosting server like linode where I put 
various web sites.
Over all you should do some estimates as to space needed over time -- 
long term should be considered.

I'd be interested in what you find .

As for Shel and saving images to a hard drive - please get a better set 
up - I prefer Drobo but there are others, esp since it seems to have 
some business issues now.
