Well... There is the Wendell Town Common, which does have WiFi. And behind the
Wendell Free Library there is a "stone circle" (and there is WiFi at the
library). Right now the WiFi at the Wendell Town Common is only 5MBits and the
Library's WiFi is only 20MBits, but in a few weeks that will likely be uped to
like 200MBits, once the town buildings get wired to the town's gigabit fiber
optic network. These are fairly quiet outdoor areas, with generally low
traffic. There isn't much in the way of tables/chairs. There are a few odd
picnic tables about on the common and a roofed gazabo. The "stone circle"
behind the library provides some "rustic" seating. Otherwise I guess one can
just either sit on the grass with a laptop or bring a folding camp chair...
