OK, this can get tricky. To change an OWA URL you would have to change 
your external MX record to point to the new address, then you would have 
to update your certificates to the new address as well.

Then you would need to chang eit in the command shell with something like,

Set-OWAVirtualDirectory –Identity “owa (default web site)” -InternalURL 
https:myinternalname.com/owa <https://mail.somethingelse.org/owa> 
-ExternalURL https://mynewdoamin.com <https://mail.somethingelse.org/owa>

Then there is any internal DNS records that need to be updated as well.
