[Hidden-tech] Exchange 2010 - OWA not working internally or externally

Good morning all,

I have been working on an issue with Microsoft OWA on Exchange 2010.
I have a client's server crash, and rebuilt a new one,
Now, I finally got the emails to work, but
Owa.domain.com doesn't work internally or externally.... (domain is not the real name)
This might be an IIS thing, or something else.
Anyone run into this or have some experience with?
