[Hidden-tech] Web Hosting Providers

If you want a cheap virtual machine/cloud host provider,
https://scaleway.com is about as cheap as they come ($2.99/m gets you a
20GB storage machine with 2 X86 64bit - 2 GB Memory).  I use them.  They
are geared towards the small/medium enterprise market and not the mom
and pop store though.  The reason I use them is the price – they are the
only cloud server provider I've seen that doesn't pay for bandwidth and
my primary use case is as a backup server meaning I am constantly
uploading/downloading large amounts of data – I used to use AWS and was
paying twice to three times what I pay with Scaleway.  They have a
primarily EU market and do not accept US direct deposits, meaning I need
to call my bank every month for my credit card to go through.
