[Hidden-tech] Local pay rate question

Robert Half publishes a yearly salary guide that has information for the
whole country with regional modifiers (it matters that Springfield area is
considered separately from Boston for salary purposes).  They tend to get
information from larger companies so it may be a little on the high end,
but it's the best resource I've found.
