[Hidden-tech] Local pay rate question

https://designcensus.org/ could be useful as a reference point, though
geared more towards design than development. It factors in region,
discipline, vertical, experience level, etc.

Previous research I had done in 2018 showed that Springfield, MA is
generally about the median salary in the US in terms of design jobs.
