[Hidden-tech] sharing a video file with multiple people with different passwords

Hello fellow hidden-techies,

I'm looking for the best way to share a 5GB, 2hr video file with 20+ people
and use *individual different passwords* for each person. ... a way way to
share a video file with many people so they can watch and/or download but
without the ability for them to share the file?
