If this is a one-time need, find someone who has membership-program or webinar admin software and would do it for you as a one-time favor. Many of those programs should be able to handle that. I can't recommend one because I've never successfully run a membership site, but look into WishList, InfusionSoft, EZ Webinar, Audio Generator, and there's a freebie one out there somewhere. Or look into the trial modes. If it's an ongoing need, I believe WishList would give you better bang for your bucks.
