Hi Sam, It is a WordPress website. We haven't been able to download it on to my computer or a hard drive, because it is huge and we have tried everything including SSH. (not that I have any idea what I'm speaking about) Perhaps Sean on our IT team can speak to this. I was just going to have Dreamhost migrate it and hope for the best. We have a research database and it's just a very large site. Thanks for letting us know about the plug-in Duplicator. I thought I would see if I came across any others who had this experience through this list serve. I'm really not eager to do a class action suit. At the same time I have to do something. I would be very reluctant to let go of my domain name and actually another domain is registered there for another website I have, the same situation. Thanks for your help!
