I agree with Zach... I started my business 17 years ago using 
Readyhosting.com and when EIG (Endurance International Group out of 
Burlington, MA) bought them, they went straight downhill. Same 
experience with Hostgator - used them before the EIG acquisition and the 
service tanked after EIG got hold of them. Stay away from ANY EIG-owned 
hosting company... and there are a TON. Here's the complete list, which

The one exception I make is Constant Contact - EIG bought them in 
November 2015 and so far the service has remained the same. And they're 
the industry leader (yes, I've also used Mail Chimp).
