[Hidden-tech] "Night Shift" monitor color changer on MAC

It should be noted that while f.lux and Mac OS's Nightshift will lessen the
intensity of blue light coming from your display, the best solution is
still in the form of a filter - whether it is on your glasses or on your
screen.

The first day that I started wearing Gunnars, I instantly felt the
difference. Namely, my eyes felt "normal" after a day of work. Yet, there
are days when I don't wear the Gunnars and just rely on f.lux and there is
definitely a difference.

something from Apple. Well low and behold my MAC held the answer, as soon
as I updated to OS 10.12.5.

Under System Preferences and Display is a Night Shift option that allows me
to tell my monitor to remove blue light emissions. This is absolutely the
Perfect solution for me. Thank you Michael and any MAC uses out there take
heed. Today is my first day using it an I am really looking forward to
seeing if I “feel” any positive effects.
