After all the help with the f.lux recommendations, Michael Bishop mentioned something from Apple. Well low and behold my MAC held the answer, as soon as I updated to OS 10.12.5. Under System Preferences and Display is a Night Shift option that allows me to tell my monitor to remove blue light emissions. This is absolutely the Perfect solution for me. Thank you Michael and any MAC uses out there take heed. Today is my first day using it an I am really looking forward to seeing if I “feel” any positive effects.
