[Hidden-tech] Converting pdf to Word doc

Mac's Preview app, which opens both PDFs and photos, also has an Export
command in the file menu. If you don't have the full Acrobat, that might
(or might not) work.

Another idea: you can send the PDF but also post the raw text on
Draftin.com, where the client can easily edit. Then you can make the
client's changes in your original source document and generate a new PDF.
Not as good as simply converting it, but depending on WHY the client wants
it in Word, it may address the actual need. It's an easy no-cost solution
that takes under two minutes to set up
