[Hidden-tech] Converting pdf to Word doc

This only works if the PDF includes the text under the image, otherwise 
the image needs to be processed with an OCR scanner (software) that can 
interpret the image of the text.

The full version of acrobat can do this sometimes, if the image is very 
clean, otherwise a more advanced OCR processor is needed.
