Thank you for your reply.  I wish I knew how to post a reply to the thread.  Unfortunately, I figured out how to post but I'm not sure how to then find it again to post replies because I keep getting emails about Harvest and I reply to each email individually.  Obviously I am not a technology person but I am the president of a large staffing agency.  That being said, I have looked extensively at Harvest as well as a dozen other versions of time tracking software.  After long and in-depth research we believe the best solution to streamline our workflow issue is to have something developed for us.  We do not take on this endeavor lightly and have pain-stakingly thought this through as it will affect many aspects of our work flow in a positive way in our corporate office.  If there is a way to attach this email to the thread for others to see that would be great.  We continue to look for someone that would like to help us develop this solution.
