As to your request, now that you clarified that you did such research, your request takes 
on a different light,
and our local developers will probably respond in kind.

Note: Since you specifically play down your technical skills, you are probably not aware 
that even services like Harvest (and others)
are designed to allow adding custom components while still providing the basic services -- 
it's usually related to a system function called an API.

Since you have already done a review of available systems and a initial design of your own 
required workflow,
any good software development house will start with what you've done to determine the next 
steps.
