[Hidden-tech] alternatives to Quick Books?

There is another open source, free (as in beer), program called Manager. It is available for Mac, Windows, and Linux and there is a cloud version (but that isn’t free). It looks a bit better than Gnucash (my opinion) and the developers are responsive. I’ve been teaching it to my students.

It's free, works on Linux, Windows, and Mac, and is a full double-entry bookkeeping system. It doesn't have all the GUI automation that something like QB has, but so far in my playing with it, I haven't found anything it can't do.
