[Hidden-tech] CC processing security issues (was Re: Small business insurance)

Shel’s solution makes sense to me and seems convenient for clients. I was referring more to when a web developer is paid to make websites (and apps or whatever) that process payments. The client’s liability for its customers’ credit card processing may extend to the web dev person or firm who helped make the credit card processing website. But I’m no lawyer, so I don’t know the risks here. Worth researching by firms or solo-preneurs doing such web dev.
