Jim outlines a strategy that I largely agree with, but with one big
difference: I do NOT advocate buying every possible domain variant. Get the
.com and if there is such a thing, .med. It is a no-win situation trying to
keep up with thousands of possible domain variants.

Naming is an area where I can provide some help. It might be a good
opportunity for him to think about his overall business identity; there may
be some blessings in disguise has he turns a problem into opportunity ;-).
