[Hidden-tech] Looking for additional Solr expertise

Hi everyone. An increasing percentage of our projects have pretty
sophisticated Solr back-ends, and while we have good on-staff expertise, it
would be great to find someone in the Valley who could take on small
optimization and configuration projects every once in a while when we're
overbooked. Does anyone have interest and availability? Or recommendations?
