[Hidden-tech] Reminder about attachments on the list

While those fortunate enough to have cable (or even fiber now), find it 
the norm
to send emails with 100k+ attachments or even multi-meg pictures,
we still have way to many of us in the area with slow connections
         --- even heaven-forbid, still dialup
SO the HT list still does not allow attachments to emails.

If an image or document is important, please put the image or attachment on
a public dropbox or google drive and send the link in your email.

And everyone with a slow connection will thank you.

And also, make the subject relevant.
