[Hidden-tech] Institutional / Commercial Wireless Router

Hello HT friends,

Would someone please help me suggest a starting point for a budget
conscious commercial wireless solution for a non-profit for whom I am
serving as a trustee?

There are two floors of 2000 sq ft and multiple rooms and a lot of
electrical 'noise' so a strong signal and basement repeater might be
needed. Max number of people on the network would probably be about 25
during peak use but it would be nice to be able to have something to
accommodate the next 5 years (perhaps 50-100 ppl online in 2020).

Right now the router seems to be a bandwidth bottleneck dropping our
already limping 6.5 Mbs DSL DL speed to a wheezy 3.5.

We are considering upgrading bandwidth to Comcast business.

It is safe to assume that I know nothing about the tech or network side of
things.
I would love to hear thoughts on simple solutions or suggestions on how to
proceed or who to consult with about this.

Thank you!

Regards,
