• Definition of Design Thinking
• The 3 phases, 6 stages of the design thinking process
• The creation/innovation space (creating a forum that is conducive to
innovation and creativity).
• People/Teams (how people are the stewards of the creative space, and how
to do that effectively) - Be a creativity circuit maker, not a circuit
breaker.
+ a 1/2 hour LightningStormer session to try out the process.
