[Hidden-tech] Migrating (or just viewing) Exchange 2003 email folders, sub-folders, emails

Why bother changing anything?

Just keep using Outlook....

If it's an IMAP account, archive all the data to a PST and then remove the
IMAP account.

If it's a POP account, you can remove the account and the folders will
remain.

Then Outlook is no longer talking to the server, but is still right there,
ready for you to open it and search the messages at any time.
