[Hidden-tech] Looking for help with a wordpress website

What you are asking is basic operation of WP and there are many here who 
can help you with that,
as there are both books and tutorials.

Note: a site that old MUST be updated or you risk joining the many 
stories of hacked sites,
and you'll have a lot more issues then just some content changes.
