Fred,
your web site is WP 3.4.1 which is new enough to be a relatively simple 
upgrade to the current WP 4.1
Personally I don't trust automatic update tool, so make sure you get a 
full backup
and then follow:

Your host is even listed on their:  https://wordpress.org/hosting/
