Using a custom-built WordPress theme you could definitely recreate the 
current appearance. It's not necessary to find an existing theme that 
approximates the current look if you're willing to invest in the custom 
development time. Since you want to keep it looking the same, much of 
the design and HTML coding work is already complete.

To address Rich's comment about the current CSS, the site is small 
enough and the appearance is consistent enough that much of those inline 
rules can be consolidated or removed. I consider this cleanup to be a 
regular part of the theme creation process.

There are many advantages to an updated theme, but if you're committed 
to keeping the design exactly as it is, it IS possible and not very 
difficult for someone who knows their way around the WordPress theme system.
