Hi Zane,

The content and design of your site could easily be moved to WordPress. I would estimate 7–10 hours, depending on a few factors. http://handsonhealingnoho.com/ is a site I recreated (and made more cohesive) in WordPress from a static site (no CMS) like yours.

You do not have to sign up for anything new to try WordPress; it can be installed in a "hidden" directory on your site, such as http://www.zanekotker.com/wordpress/, while you get it set up. I would not recommend trying to use some HTML importer. You want a clean start. This is also an opportunity to modernize your site by making it "responsive"—friendly for phones and tablets. You could search for "clean" or "minimalist" WordPress themes for low-cost or free themes that you could do yourself, or get someone to help with for about 1 to 2 hour's time, plus some hands-on tutorial time, if desired.

Also, you might be paying more than is necessary for hosting. It looks like you're on SiteGround, which is an excellent service, but more than you need to be paying for. And it's worth checking to make sure you are paying for only the domain name and no unnecessary extras from Godaddy—a common accident.
