[Hidden-tech] Drupal Forum Question

I would try comment.tpl.php, or something similar - i'd really have to know
the specific context of the page and comment form to tell you exactly what
to name the tpl.php file.

One thing that is annoying but helpful is the module devel_themer, when i
get stuck figuring out which file to override i use drush to turn
devel_themer on, use it to find out what template file controls what output
so i can override it, and then toggle devel_themer off.

It might be a use case where you can use hook form alter to add a form
element using FAPI before the comment form.
