[Hidden-tech] Drupal Forum Question

I haven't made this particular change, but the information at links below
seem about right regarding Drupal 7.

Where to find and copy the template which should be comment-wrapper.tpl.php
as per link above.

Also, you'll need to clear cache, so the new template file is found.
