Your description doesn't say enough about the problem to narrow exactly what
Joomla expertise you're looking for, but I'd be glad to take a look at the
problems.  I do primarily Joomla custom programming along with enough
design/css and webmastering that there's a good chance I can help with most
Joomla debugging needs.
